Electropolishing is a process the uses the combination of chemicals and a electric current to carefully remove surface imperfections and contaminants from the material.Since the process removes the outer skin of metal, embedded contaminants which can cause sub-surface corrosion are eliminated. The electropolished part is left in consistent and passive condition which offers superior corrosion resistance
